Sheet Pan Pizza

(egg free, peanut-free, tree-nut, sesame free)

canola oil spray

1 pound ball pizza dough

1/4 - 1/3 c tomato sauce

2 c shredded mozzarella

olive oil

Optional Toppings:

fresh spinach

ricotta cheese

parmesan cheese

sautéed onions

black olives

mushrooms

broccoli

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray rimmed sheet pan (12x17”) with canola oil spray. Place pizza dough in middle of pan and press with fingertips. Spread out to cover large part of sheet pan or so pizza dough is about 1” thick. Using back of spoon, spread tomato sauce over dough leaving a little bit of an edge that will be the crust. If adding toppings, add now. Top with shredded mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake 16 - 20 minutes, rotating pan halfway through. Pizza is done when crust is tan and cheese is melted.
